purchase of a le gramme creation without personalization
- France and Europe (including United Kingdom): we offer delivery via DHL Express within one to two days maximum after your order
- united states, hong kong, canada: you will be delivered within a period of between two and five days maximum after your order via dhl express. the delivery rate is 30 euros*
purchase of an item on the gram with personalization
a beautiful engraving requires a little time, for creations subject to personalization, delivery times are as follows:
- France and Europe (including United Kingdom): we offer delivery via DHL Express within 15 days of your order
- united states, hong kong, canada: you will be delivered within 15 days maximum after your order via dhl express. the delivery rate is 30 euros*
*the delivery price does not include any customs duties or import taxes which you will have to free yourself from when collecting your package.
return method
you are not fully satisfied with your item le gram? you just didn't choose the right size? write to us to let us know the reasons for your return by e-mail to eshop@legramme.com .
if you ordered from France or Europe: you have 30 days to return your item le gram upon receipt of your order. the return is free to you. upon receipt of your email, we will send you a DHL return coupon to print and stick on your package.
if you ordered from the United States, Hong Kong, Canada: you can return your item to us with the carrier of your choice within 30 days of receipt of your order. the return and customs fees that may be applied in this case are the responsibility of the sender.
only non-personalized items can be returned.
